Lack of Communication with residents they said they handed flyers out but with wind and kids they just magically disappeared. 7am City of Wyoming also has lack of communication with residents. Somehow the trash company and mail carrier knows what's going on. This company was quick about doing there job. Yes asphalt does stink but we all know that. You would get 5 stars if you would let us know 2 days ahead of time on working the road.

Just did our road in Byron Center. Never notified the residents they were making the road a one way for the day, even when they were on lunch. I had to drive 3.8 miles around to get to the other side of the road. They also did not fix the sides of the roads where they dug up the grass. That left about 2 ft of dead grass ripped up with another foot being covered up by the cutting. Ive spent about an hour so far cleaning up the mess. Ill be suggesting not to use these guys again...

Rieth-Riley re-did our firm's parking lot (full disclosure--we have done some work for and with Rieth-Riley but hired them for this job on their merits). It was a perfect job and our parking lot has never looked so good. They were in and out, cleaned everything up and left us with a great result.

Their drivers need to be much more careful pulling out onto the street. Had to come to a complete stop when a double dump trailer came out in front of me.
