Right Time Septic

I cannot recommend Right Time Septic highly enough! We had a major (major to me!) septic issue, and they came out and did an absolutely amazing job. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. ​What really set them apart was the time they took to explain everything to me. They didn't just fix the problem; they walked me through the entire game plan so I understood exactly what was happening and why. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and customer service these days. Do not use anyone else! These guys are truly the best in the business.

So I had Ernie come out to my home that I bought 6 yrs ago to get my septic tank pumped. Ernie kindly and graciously pointed out that we don't have a septic tank lol. He showed me all the features of my property that indicate I don't have one and was kind enough not to charge me for my foolishness. I really appreciated Ernie and Right Time Septic and they seem like a fair, honest and trustworthy company. If I ever get a house with a septic system they'll be the only people I call

Ernie and his crew were great! They were honest and gave me options. I didn't like what had to be fine but it was very fast and efficient.
