Derek is fast, efficient, smart, and friendly. I would be glad to have him on any job. Right Way Garage Doors did a fine job. On a warranty service call a few of months later Vincent was super helpful and very friendly.

Prompt arrival and very diligent installation work. New door works perfectly and looks great! They also cleaned up after themselves, and helped me put some of the heavier stuff back in the garage. Definitely recommend these folks!

Service tech and work was great. My only complaint is that I was led to believe my service would happen closer to the earlier of my 4 hour window and it actually didn’t occur until after my 4 hour window. I understand that scheduling is an inexact process, but it would have been nice to simply acknowledge/apologize for this. Otherwise very pleased with the service!

My garage door spring broke last night. Even though it was after business hours, I called Right Way Garage Doors right away to leave a message to get in line for an appointment for repair and replacement of the spring. I was surprised when a live representative answered and gave me an appointment for this morning at 8 am! That was helpful because my wife needed to get her car out to go to work! This morning Connor arrived on time, and he quickly got my door open so my wife could go to work. He verified spring was broken, and replaced the spring with a heavy duty one and replaced the rollers very, very fast. Connor is an exceptional tech!
