Right-Way Plumbing & Backflow

Bo at right way plumbing was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very through and found the leak in no time. Update: the communication could be better. I called in Tuesday to have someone come out on Wednesday for a repair. They were suppose to call me with an exact time..they never did. I left a message at 4pm on Wednesday and at 12pm on Thursday... still waiting to hear back.

I spoke to the appointment maker...she took all my info about my rental property and tenant and said they will schedule. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. Why do you tell people you will schedule and then do nothing? Not good. Unacceptable. Good thing there are other plumbers in Eugene.

Called several times needing a backflow test. Never received a call back. After repeated calls to the company, nobody returned my call. So now it's February and I need a backflow test because my water is fixing to get shut off. Thanks, Right Way!

They were amazing! My dad had a leak under his house and they came out the day I called to help him. I will always call them first.

Scheduling service never did call back or schedule an appointment. Joe however did wonderful work when he came out on a previous call.
