We were referred to Right Way by a friend who was also exploring roofing companies in Phoenix. The gentleman who came out to take a look at the condition of the roof and provide us a quote was very nice and easy to work with. He wasn't a hard salesman, which was what we had experienced with other companies. The quote was in line with what we had seen from others (we have a 3,000 square foot home and needed a full replacement). We were scheduled quickly and were walked through the process. Right Way Roofing lives up to their name! My 21 year-old tile roof needed the underlayment replaced. I got three bids which were only a couple hundred dollars different, so price wasn’t the deciding factor. I chose Right Way for several reasons. First, they use the John’s Manville APPeX product which is superior to those offered by the other companies AND comes with a 50-YEAR Transferable Guarantee for BOTH Workmanship and Material. Second, they do not take one penny until the job is completed and the customer is completely satisfied. Another plus: no added fee for credit card payment. Great experience overall. Starting with Zach, who provided the estimate. He was thorough, detailed, polite and gave us lots of information. Our foreman was Javier and he was great. He made sure all questions were answered and kept us updated on the job’s progress. His crew was fantastic! They worked hard and long, only breaking for lunch - No messing around…all business. Each day the property was left neat and clean. The roof looks great and we’re looking forward to many years of trouble-free service. Right Way was not the cheapest of the estimates we received, but they have a wonderful team of employees who do quality work and leave a positive customer experience. We’re glad we selected Right Way.

Right Way Roofing is the way to go. When we had damage to our roof this fall after the crazy weather, we knew we needed to get our roof repaired. There is not a shortage of roofers driving by and dropping off business cards almost daily, but thanks to our neighbors who recently had their roof replaced, we found Right Way. They were the only roofer out of several we contacted that were not pushy to get us to go through insurance and genuinely cared that we understand the experience, shout out to Troy! They were extremely helpful in getting our insurance company on board to fully replace, despite initial hurdles. Our roof was replaced quickly and on time, I cannot recommend Right Way, Troy, and Lori enough.
