Front desk is really rude and gives attitude every time i call and ask a simple question about the product they sell. Very unprofessional.Top Notch in Virginia super friendly super helpful. Taking my business somewhere else. For someone that wants to do her job and go home attitude call rightmyer. They need someone with more experience. Other than just answering phones.

While driving across the NC line, my vehicle was struck by a very large rock that came from one of Mr. Righmyer's dump trucks. We immediately ca)ed their office and were told they would cover the replacement cost. They took down our information, but never returned our calls. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions and keep getting the run around. Not the best way to do business! At least return the calls and emails and say you're not covering the damage. Do better!

From start to finish I had a Great experience with Rightmyer. Used them for gravel on two separate times.( one time 3 years ago and now just recently) Great service from the moment I called to the moment they dropped off the gravel. My Driver was great to deal with as well. He truly cared about making sure I was happy. Highly recommended this company. Thank you!!

I had crush and run delivered on 4-10-2017 and the rocks were dumped in the MIDDLE of my driveway. The person I spoke to rushed me off the phone and said he couldn't drop the rocks off in any way than the way he was going to do it. I asked the again driver to pull into the yard and turn around to drop the rocks off as he was leaving and he said there was no way possible. The driveway is 55 feet long and 14 feet wide. There was plenty of room to turn around and drop the rocks off the way I asked. The driver was impatient and in a rush as if I was aggravating him by asking him to do it the way I wanted.
