I'm very happy with Rightway fuel Inc. My church has been a client for years. Never had a problem with delivery or anything for that matter. I can call anytime of day. The driver, Mitchell calls me 15 minutes before his arrival.
Delivery has never been on time and would at times show up days later after numerous calls. My home constantly ran out of oil using this company. They offered very poor customer service with no consideration. You will wait an entire day or two for your delivery to arrive. Only benefit is they offer partial oil delivery. Other than that, there is no appreciation of their customers. Used for 10 years with the hope of some customer appreciation. Now that my economic standing has improved, I will never use them again. Rather pay $500/ month elsewhere.
