Riles Pump

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Riles Pump. They are honest, reliable, and genuinely FAIR with their pricing something that’s rare these days. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything in simple terms, and delivered exactly what they promised. What impressed me most was that they never tried to oversell me. Instead, they focused on the most cost-effective solution to fix the problem. That level of integrity is hard to come by.

Office manager Debbie (hopefully owners Adam and Denis are aware of that) was unbelievably rude, and screamed at my mother who did not know anything about water pumps to leave the store because my mother was rude to her. I'm not sure how you guys are still in the business, but our next step is IG as well as BBB! Thank you very much for showing great unprofessionalism. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! PEOPLE BE AWARE THAT YOU MIGHT BE DISRESPECTED AND THREATENED BY THEIR OFFICE MANAGER DEBBIE!

The girl who answered the phone had a bad attitude and was rude, but the technician was excellent. Responded very quickly, gave me different options and prices for repairs and repaired timely and efficiently.

Terrible customer service! Tech came out and his diagnosis was wrong. He said it was electrical but it was the pressure switch. When I called to inform them the electrical was fine. They wanted to charge me another service fee. Asked to speak to the manager was rude instantly! Wouldn't talk to me unless I told her what company I was with. Then hung up on me! /he manager needs proper manners when speaking with PAYING CUSTOMERS! THE PUMP WAS INSTALLED BRAND NEW BY RILES! Wire in the disconnect was fine and wired correctly! The pressure switch was magnetized because of your rookies you sent in. Very inexperienced guys. You should train your office supervisor in manners. She was rude for no reason. Riles does not respond to existing customers when a problem occurs. 6 phone calls made to Riles where they promised to check into the matter and call back but never did. They used to be a good company who took care of their customers. Not any more
