Riley's Appliance Repair

Wonderful customer service. Our dryer went out and we paid a very fair price to have the thermostat replaced. It went out again about a week later and Riley’s came out and put another one in with no charge. Highly recommend!

My 7 month Whirlpool refrigerator quit. Because they had no service men in my area I had to find someone to figure out what was wrong so I took it to Riley's. I found out it was the compressor. Chris and everyone there were amazing!! He advocated with them for me to get a new unit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really tried to help me out including calling Whirlpool himself. He could have easily fixed the fridge, but due to the part being back ordered, etc. it would have been months getting my fridge back. I truly would recommend Riley's. They are good people!

I visited Riley's Appliance today where I was looking for a laundry wash machine. There wasn't much to choose from and in fact they only had one in stock. The gentleman who had initially greeted me at the door offered me a good deal on the appliance. I had one question: "did Riley's have to do any repairs whenever Riley's received the used appliance" He made me aware, "there wasn't anything to repair." However, he politely explained in detail that whenever Riley's receives any appliance they comb through it very thoroughly. I've already moved the wash machine into my friend's house. Everything works great. And I would recommend Riley's Appliance. Thanks Riley's Appliance

Travis came and repaired our dishwasher. He did a wonderful job and walked me through everything. He let me watch everything he did and taught me a bit along the way! He was honest and trustworthy (and fast)!! He even had us get extra pieces of the flooring that was installed because the previous installer didn’t have our dishwasher installed correctly. He easily could’ve just pushed it back in but he fixed it for us, which was not at all something he had to even tell us, let alone fix. Highly recommend Travis at Riley’s for appliance repair!

My washer broke, next day tech came out. Of course needed to order parts, so would be week before repair. But called me later that evening, found the part and the tech fix on his way home for day. Awesome service. And very reasonably priced. Will differently use Riley's again.
