RIM Plumbing & Heating Supply

I just re did my oil burner and hot water heater. I made 5 trips that day to RIM and the staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and sympathetic to my plight. I love how close it is and I don’t have to spent hours in a Home Depot isle asking employees with no clue. I will always go to RIM and I highly recommend them.

Prices are certainly not low but they will definitely have what you need. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Parking is not a problem. Lots of brass fittings. Copper fittings in all sizes, PVC fittings, etc. they also carry a wide selection of tools. If you need anything plumbing, this is the place to come.

They're open Saturdays till 1pm which is awesome just make sure to quote your customer after getting their pricing because they're expensive. Any other day of the week I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this place because of pricing and customer service. Between this store and the Ossining store most of these guys will treat you like you're some home owner trying to save a buck. I've been doing HVAC for 17 years and have had my own business for a little over 6 but dealing with these guys I feel like it's my first day. In a world where the internet has been putting supply houses out of business you'd think the customer service would be top notch but sadly not the case with rim... We recently purchased a water heater from RIM in WF. The entire experience was wonderful. They took the time to educate us on everything we needed to know in order to make our decision and then ensured that the entire process went seamlessly. We could not be happier and highly recommend RIM for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Extremely happy with the store and the help from the staff. They had everything I needed to complete the installation of my new tank and the price was the best I found ( including internet). Thanks Mike for all your help.
