Rin Robyn Pools Service Department

Rin Robyn charged me $1,500 to open my pool this year. It has not worked since. They added 40 pounds of salt taking it to levels so high it has broken the pump. I have asked they come and fix the issue. They came once and charged me an additional $250. It is still NOT WORKING. At this point the waterfall is now broken from the salt overload. When I ask to speak to someone in service I receive only a request to bill my credit card for a service call. Rin Robyn is shameful In their behavior and because of the social distancing they do not need to be accountable for their actions as I cannot go into the store and complain. I will be contacting the better business bureau in this. That is for certain.

We had a very mixed experience with the sales process, but Morgan did a great job working with us and finding a great spa (or so we thought). The unit that was delivered was damaged and we were told that it was that way before they sold it to us and that they would fix the problems immediately. This damaged unit was sold as a new tub and it has been over 2 months now with no repair or updates even after we have checked numerous times. Ed, the service manager, told us there is nothing he can do and hung up on us when we questioned the status of the replacement parts. He was EXTREMELY rude and has no intention of doing anything other than he absolutely has to. We have been lied to, hung up on and ignored so I would encourage ALL to avoid any dealings with Rin Robyn Pools!

Only putting 1 star cause 0 is not an option. Misrepresented company who takes your deposit without even attempting to schedule an apt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I wonder how many other people they have scammed out of $100 for doing absolutely nothing…..see managers response below to prove how horrible this company is! Keep going your proving my point exactly

I purchased two parts for my polaris. The service was excellent however the cost was over 100% more expensive than on-line prices. I agree that the cost of having a brick and mortar store and the convenience of getting your item right away is supposed to be higher than online. But I do not agree that the difference should be this high. I will wait for my delivery next time.

Excellent service using on-line store. Ordered Sunday delivered next day 100% accurate. Even gave me a discount on a certain item. Very easy. Their stores offer same type of excellent service. Never disappointed with Rin Robyn
