I had Rincon install 2 gates operating systems in Jupiter Farms FL. I would give them 10 ⭐️ if I can. Arianna was excellent communicator and the 2 techs came out and did the install were great too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Job well done 👏🙏

We recently worked with Rincon Group on a custom 8‑ft Z‑louvered fence for a commercial client, and they delivered from start to finish. Their estimate was competitive and on time, production moved quickly once approved, and installation was completed professionally and on schedule. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Rincon team.

Unfortunately the service has gotten much worse. The install happens some years back of a gate and a controller. However if you need service because the motor will have issues over the years you can expect nothing from them in terms of customer service. It’s so hard to gain a customer. So easy to lose them. They will ghost you. Not answer texts. Not pick up the phone. They will install the job no problem but don’t expect any help after that. I post this after a couple or weeks waiting for a simple repair.

Run as fast as you can from Rincon Fence Supply. This has been, without question, the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. The gate was installed and initially worked fine, but once we needed service, everything fell apart. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. You cannot reach anyone when you call, and when they do decide to respond, it’s days later—if you’re lucky. They removed our gate motor to “fix or exchange” it, and months later we are still waiting. Countless calls, empty promises, and excuses later, we have no motor, no working gate, and no real answers. Every time they respond, it’s another delay or vague explanation.
