Ring's End

I wish I could give Ring’s End at Wilton SEVEN stars! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Bill went above and BEYOND in assisting me this morning with my project. It was relatively small, but his efforts were enormous. He absolutely did not have to be so helpful. One would be hard pressed to find such helpfulness at a big box store. Ring’s End is lucky to have Bill on its staff, and our family will continue to be loyal customers. 🙌

When I went in with my husband this morning I didn’t anticipate being fat shamed by the old man at the front help desk but here we are. Please teach your employees that inside thoughts need to stay inside.

Ring's End in Wilton is my first stop for house renovation projects - both big and small. I use Farrow & Ball paints almost exclusively, and Ring's End's paint center is able to quickly and efficiently meet all my paint needs. The customer service of the paint center is top-notch - the staff is professional and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my projects stay on schedule. They always deliver, and even when there are mistakes, their urgency and coordination across stores in rectifying the error have left me even more impressed with their level service. I'll never go anywhere else for paint - customer for life.

Great place! I live in Wilton and come here often for supplies for the house. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and show you where to find things. Especially the team in the paint department! They have helped me solve paint color dilemmas and make custom colors to try. I most recently painted the master bath in a custom color the department manager created and I love it! A very patient, warm, friendly team that is always there to help. I will definitely keep coming to Ring's End in Wilton and I give it two thumbs up! :)

Interesting place as some staff are not as well versed with the product offerings. Paint department is very good.
