People who answer phones call has to be more nice the way they answer the phone calls. No matter what situation it is. Is a big company and they deal with clients all the time but is not the reason to treat rude when they ask for something . Who ever answered my phone call was very rude with me is not nice. That’s why they have that position, they are the face of the company. I hope she doesn’t answer all the time like that . Everyone lost courtesy on the jobs . Thank you
