I recently had Mr. Rios remove some trees from my severely neglected yard. He and his crew were efficient and polite. He was happy to answer questions, and an all around personable guy. We’re planning additional work in the future, and I see no need to shop elsewhere. Obviously, price is always a factor, but I didn’t feel that his prices were unreasonable. Could I have had the work done for less? Maybe. Maybe not. It doesn’t matter. You usually get what you pay for. In this case, finding a local business person who does what he says he’s going to do, with no bulls**t is worth it’s weight in gold.

The word of mouth on this company is first rate: clean polite their word is their bond and you get good value for money. Rios is highly recommended in my community and I am proud to recommend them also

We had called Hugo for an estimate to trim a big maple tree in our backyard, fortunately and to his credit he told us we should wait till it was dormant to cut in order to preserve it. Then at the end of November he came to our house and told us we would actually have to take the tree down because it was dying. We had anticipated that might happen and knew he was being honest. However when it came time to price it out he was charging us so much. In fact we had received quotes prior to him that were markedly less. We were willing to still go with him but asked if he could come down some in price? Instead of coming down in price he went on to arrogantly tell us how he’s great at what he does, he’s not coming down in price, it’s a “big job” and he’s done jobs like this before it requires so
