I have to say without any equivocation that Juan from Rios HVAC Services provided a great service at a reasonable price. Not pushy with sales, just offering what I was looking for without unnecessary pressure to buy more than what I needed. He did great work and provided me with all the information I needed.

I had a great experience with Juan and his team. Juan was very professional and responsive — he came out within a day of me reaching out. The crew installed a new heating unit efficiently, cleaned up the work area thoroughly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any HVAC work!

Replaced the fan on an old furnace within a couple of days during the coldest winter days this year. Even came back a few weeks later and identified a non-related issue when the furnace went out again. Great communication and honest work, will use again.

I first contacted Rios Services last year after looking at the Google reviews. I thought the furnace was making noise, but it turned out to be an unrelated issue that had nothing to do with the furnace or HVAC system. Juan was very professional, had a great attitude, and took care of the issue while also checking the furnace. More recently, I had a new system installed through Rios, and so far I’m very happy with the service and the install process.

This RIOS HVAC has handled both AC and hot water heater emergencies for me, and they’ve been excellent every time. They’re responsive, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend them.
