Robert came out the same day I called. Diagnosed our problem quickly and explained to me what he was doing. Next day, returned with what i needed and quickly got our water back on! At (4:30)pm called Risen Well Services about issues priming my home water well pump. They said they would be at my home within the next hour to investigate, provide repair estimate & schedule. Service Tech arrived within (30) minutes to reviewed the system. Quickly provided recommendation, very reasonable estimate for (parts/labor) and repair schedule. To much amazement the visit was provided at no charge! Note: this was a(rural area) service call (after business hours)! After repairs are completed, this review will be updated to include satisfaction of overall job completion.

We experienced a noise in our well head. I contacted Risen Well Services. Robert, owner of Risen Well Services came the same day, understood the issue, provided a fair and accurate quote which I accepted and he fixed the well later in the day using his excavator, tools, and new parts. Can’t say enough about his promptness, accurate estimation, and customer satisfaction.
