Gave details of what I needed serviced, the technician didn't have my details, so then they had to order the part. One week later the part comes in; they schedule with me, and then no-show for the appointment. I simply had a cracked heating element in my oven. I placed the call on July 3, it's now July 18 and my oven still does not work. Their phone keeps going to voicemail. Hopefully this post will get their attention.

0 stars if I could, my oven went out two weeks before Easter.. they came out, took 100 dollars, GHOSTED ME, and I mean rejecting my calls.. ignoring my voicemails.. then I get a call from my insurance saying they haven't been returning their calls to close my ticket... so a month and a half with no communication, had to go with another local business who have been absolutely amazing. Did some digging and this isn't the first or last time riser leaves paying clients hanging.. they took 100 dollars to ghost us and leave me without an oven for WAY TOO LONG.. Riser LLC if you want me to amend this review then go to your voicemails and call me back and make it right, return my 100 dollars and apologize for wasting my time. You probably have 7 voicemails from me.. Guess who.

Both times I've used Riser Services, Charlie shows up on time and when he says he will. He gets right to work without wasting my time or his but remains polite and professional. He's worked on both my washer and dryer and I have not had any issues since. He knows what he's doing and I'll continue to trust his knowledge and experience in the future!

Great experience, Charlie was professional, on time, and was detailed in his diagnosis of my dishwasher. I would use Riser Services LLC again for all my maintenance needs.
