He had said he would be on the job, helping with putting tarps around the house for roof debris and putting plywood up to protect the A/C unit. I didn’t see or hear from him again after the contract was signed. Rising Star Roofing allows you to charge the cost of the job on a credit card which I liked for the cashback rewards. Their charging process was unusual because you had to call the parent company (Northpoint Roofing System) to make the initial deposit and four subsequent charges until it was paid off.
