I give this roofing company five stars!!!! For these reasons. 1.) Rafael (The Owner) came on time when Mariana ( The Office manager-secretary or over all the most trusted employee )from my own observation, said he was coming on the date and time scheduled. 2.) Rafael took the time and not rush through with his inspection and assessment of the roof and explained how damaged my roof was, which cleared up my question as to why I was seeing granules falling down from the roof everyday, after we have our recent hail storm. He further explained to me how the process goes (such as what will be done first, then after and how long it would take them to get it finished) if my husband and I ,so decide, to hire his company to do the replacement of the roof. I really appreciate Rite Roofing for their quality, communication and ability to do work in Santa Cruz County. Half the battle is finding contractors that are willing to take the trek that far south but Rite Roofing made it happen and got the work done for us. They were super helpful and understanding when it came to payment. They ensured i was happy with the work. They went above and beyond for me thank you all in specially Rafael for helping me make sure my roof was taken care of.

They were timely once on the schedule and did a good job on the maintenance and coating. If it was not for also getting tile repair, I would probably have given them a 4 or 5. We also had some tile repair issues they handled well but did have to come back for a second visit. Overall happy and would recommend.
