Rite Touch Maids

We contacted several cleaning companies for quotes, but most of them failed to keep their promises. Rite Touch Maids, however, arrived almost on time and sent the quote the very next day via email. On the day of cleaning, they did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Even later, when I had additional inquiries, they promptly sent all the requested documents within a few days despite the busy year-end period. The staff was very friendly and made every effort to handle everything quickly. I highly recommend Rite Touch Maids to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

Save your money, get a different cleaning company. I had two experiences with them, the first time they did a decent job but the second time it was HORRIBLE. I had booked a 3-hour cleaning and they sent a cleaning tech who was extremely slow!! She was working very slowly and kept asking for us to increase the time because she wouldn’t be done. I asked how long would it take to finish the job to estimate the amount of time I needed to add. She said one hour and she should finish the bathroom. I extended an hour and was cheated out of that money! SHE ONLY DID the toilet and left the ENTIRE bathroom untouched and said she needed another hour. Also, that cleaning tech was not the “cleanest” as she just wiped surfaces and didn’t really perform a deep clean which was what agreed upon. HORRIBLE S
