Rite Rug representative came out with samples and assisted on picking a good quality padding and carpet which would work well wall color and wood floors. The installers came out early, I did a walk through with them before starting, and they proceeded to remove the old carpet very efficiently. The installers were quite patient with me observing and asking questions. They cleaned as they worked and when all the carpet and debris had been removed they let me know so I could inspect the flooring for any discrepancies. Afterwards they installed the padding, carpet, and performed another cleaning before having me do a walkthrough. All in all I would highly recommend them, very affordable, friendly, and efficient. If I need carpet at my next home I know who to call.

I had carpet installed last week by Rite Rug. My sales consultant, Herbert, was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He showed me a variety of options from well-known, quality manufacturers. The installers arrived a few minutes ahead of the time window I was given, and got right to work. They were very polite and efficient. I'm extremely happy with the new carpet and with my experience with the team at Rite Rug. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The flooring overall looks great. However, we had several problems with communication with the flooring installation crew. The crew made a scratch on the floor that they were supposed to come back and fix as they were finishing installation and they didn’t. The crew manager had to have this scratch fix rescheduled. The manager also told the crew to put our bathroom toilet in a trash bag then place in the shower so it didn’t dirty everything up when installing the bathroom flooring, and they apparently didn’t get the memo because they placed the toilet in the shower without anything under it which i just think is disgusting. The crew also left a mess of soot and dirt all over the areas they demoed and installed flooring in and this was never cleaned up like we were told it is supposed to be

I will never use this company again. The sales person Jennifer is so unprofessional. Does not return phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. In the beginning trying to make a sale, everything was good. The guys came to do my flooring and ran out of materials. After a month later calling the main office and finally getting in contact with Jennifer they came back and finished the job. However, the professionals did not know how to do the transition with the same exact flooring. At the initial visit with Jennifer she said, she was going to add $300 to my bill if they needed to take up the existing flooring due to the planks may not line up, but if it wasn’t necessary it would be an easy fix to take the $300 off of my bill. The team at Rite rug did a great job!! Jennifer was awesome. She helped me figure out the colors that would work best with my already existing flooring. I’m very pleased and scheduling them to do our stairs next.
