Guys were amazing, beat went out overnight and Eli came to my house at 4 AM. They were able to diagnose and get everything fixed on site. Not to mention they were able to walk me through several HVAC questions. I would heavily reccomed calling if you need emergency help.
Our furnace wasn't putting out any heat, it was 59° on our house 🥶, and I called Rivard yesterday, Dec. 4th 2025, afternoon and they immediately put it on a technician's schedule. The techs, Dave and Elijah, beat me to my own house!! Those two worked on my furnace past working hours to find the issue and finally got it working like it should!! Within an hour or so, our house was a nice, toasty 70°! Huge kudos to Dave and Elijah for sticking it out and fixing it instead of just saying "I think you need a new furnace", or just start to swap out parts. Thank you Rivard and Dave and Elijah!!!
Darryl and Elijah were awesome. They got my air ducts clean, installed my air scrubber, and cleaned up the mess left behind. Professional and courteous would highly recommend this company if you need HVAC service. 10/10
2 techs came and helped us out this past summer when our unit got clogged up. It was a quick and easy process they had it working properly not long after their arrival. Thanks again!
