As I was leaving for the first day back to work after Christmas, my garage door jammed while closing. It was crooked and the torsion cables had come off the spools and tangled around the torsion rod. As soon as Town & Country opened that morning, I gave them a call to ask if they could send someone out to me for an emergency. They had initially stated it would not be until 3-5pm before they could have someone to me; but hours the original quoted time a Tech was able to make it to my house. Tyler B. made it to my house before noon and was able to quickly determine what the problem was. Town & Country Garage went above and beyond for me during a difficult time. With the government shutdown delaying pay for both my civilian and military, they generously deferred my payment without hesitation, showing genuine understanding and customer care. I had intended to pay with a credit card to keep what savings I had on hand. After informing me the up charge using a card I explained why I needed to use credit to pay for services. They quickly offered to postpone billing me until after the government shutdown ended. What an awesome gesture! Their installation team was outstanding—professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. The new garage door looks great and operates flawlessly. Scheduling our repair was super simple and I appreciate that they send reminders and let you know when they’re on the way. Tyler was professional, got everything taken care of quickly, and showed me what all he did before leaving. Definitely recommend.

Town and Country Doors was highly recommended to us, as we purchase a home that were in desperate need of new doors. Tyler was professional, on time, and the doors look amazing and quite. I was able to choose the doors from brochures from his receptionist, she provided invoices, and we were all able to do this via text. I screwed up and forgot to include 2 new motors with the doors, and he was able to fit that in during installation. Would use them again in the future, and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Always a great experience with Town and Country. One of my door operators wasn’t working. Called in and within 2 hours Tyler was here and made the repairs. He has installed 3 doors for us. Each installation was done as scheduled and was done in a quality manner.
