I never write reviews but Rivas service to my heating system was outstanding! Don't look elsewhere for absolutely top-notch technicians and very professional workmanship. (After 60+ yrs on LI, I've seen a lot!)

I am writing this review to highlight something that some businesses lack: integrity. I found myself in a terrible situation, just coming out of a fender bender, and needed help. Fortunately, Walter and Gustavo, two kindhearted and helpful workers from Rivas Mechanical, immediately offered to assist me without any hesitation or expectation of personal gain. I believe that good workers are a testament to a good business, especially when they are being trusted to work on your home. I am deeply grateful for their help, and I know that anyone lucky enough to work with these guys would be in good hands. So, give them a chance, and maybe request Mr. Walter and Gustavo, because they are good, hardworking men who truly care about providing quality service.

After interviewing 4 different services, we selected Rivas Mechanical and thrilled with the results. They were excellent, respectful and provided quality services in replacing our tank water heating system (associated pipes and location) with a tankless water heater system. They solved my problem immediately, the owner Walter Rivas works very professionally, with a lot of knowledge and experience.
