I tried to hire this company to do some work at my business property. We spoke on the phone set up an appointment for him to give me a quote then I NEVER heard from him again! I have sent messages and they have been ignored….. I’m a firm believer if you don’t wanna work just tell people that you’re lazy and you don’t wanna work. Don’t tell them that you’re gonna come out. You’ll take care of everything and then you just don’t show up. That is a very horrible way to run a business, I won’t waste my time with this place again!

This company was not hired by me and never will be. I was next door to the customers address. They parked a large trailer on the public road right in front of my carport essentially blocking my vehicles in. After working for about 30 minutes my wife had to leave and they workers watched as my wife struggled to get out of the carport. I left after another 30 minutes and nicely asked if the truck and trailer could be moved just far enough that my family could access my carport. The worker said yes sir no problem. I explained to him my wife would be back soon and then I left. 30 minutes later she arrived back home and again took her several minutes to gain access to the carport due to company blocking the road. Your company is either inconsiderate, incompetent, lazy, or maybe a mixture of all

This company is doing business in our neighborhood in the Virginia Beach Virginia area. Our neighborhood has a few stray cats and family cats. This morning my husband witnessed one of their trucks, truck number 4059 to be exact, run over a cat that was clearly visible to anybody coming down the road. The cat was laying at the entrance into the townhouses, clearly visible and the driver ran it over and kept driving!! My husband then confronted the man and not once did he go back down and offer any assistance or to even apologize about the incident he caused. Call the company to speak with the complaints department and of course nobody answered. Definitely not a company I want to be working in my neighborhood. Wouldn’t hire simply based on their drivers. The one I had the pleasure of being stuck behind today was driving 30 in a 55 and then hit his brakes… for what you ask? No clue until he came to almost a complete stop in the middle of the road with no oncoming traffic.. because apparently the truck is not equipped with blinkers? Seems like a pattern with your drivers based on other reviews… If you can’t follow the laws of the road, who’s to say you follow basic moral codes or laws when it comes to your work?

March 24, 2025. Replaced power poles and equipment for Duke Energy in subdivision and left tree debris behind and the old power poles which were not pulled out of the ground, but cut in half and dropped in ditches and next to driveways. Communication is one-sided. No one follows up, by phone or email. This complaint is going to local government and or a news source. Working to connect to Duke Energy as well t
