From start to finish, they far exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship. Troy was in contact with us in the days leading up to our fence installation to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and his team did a fantastic job building our fence! They were on time, friendly, double checked all the specifications, and gave us the end result we wanted! We (especially my dog!) are extremely pleased with how our yard turned out and very thankful for all their hard work!

Exceptional Craftsmanship, Honest, and Efficient Contractor We experienced a home fire in March 2024 and after the fire mitigation we were ready to start our rebuild when our initial contractor didn’t work out. We were in a nightmare situation with a partially gutted house and in need of a reliable contractor ready to start a project quickly. We met with Jim from River Valley Construction, gave him a budget and scope of what we needed, he offered his ideas and service options to get the job done. By midday the next day it felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off of us as RVC had a detailed plan in place and began to execute it. Our ideas, wants, and needs were included every step of the way. In roughly 90 days of starting our complete interior rebuild we were back in our home.

This past year 2025 me and my wife had our basement finished. We used River Valley Construction. Jim was really great. He walked us through the whole process for each step and helped us maximize our living space for our basement. The finished product was absolutely amazing and everything has held up beautifully. The electrical wo free k in particular was fantastic because prior to getting this done no outlets worked down in our basement, and we even had safety issues which the previous electrician botched the work. But Jim and his crew completely fixed everything and even added in new and extra outlets. I’m a big gamer and play a lot if dnd so the basement has been perfect for this.

DO NOT USE RVC!!! Jim is not responsive at all!! I used him through Lowes and not even a year later and my deck is coming loose, my gate won’t open and several of my pieces of vinyl fencing don’t link together properly. Lowes has reached out to him several times. He states he’s come out here but he hasn’t. I’ve reached out to him several times directly and he won’t respond it’s been MONTHS of trying to get this fixed!!! I’m hoping this gets his attention.
