River Valley Remodelers

We had River Valley Remodelers redo our downstairs shower! I think that they made a HUGE improvement on what we had (see picture of tiny shower with yellow walls) to what we currently have! We can now turn around in the shower and wash our hair without hitting our elbows on the walls. Tony did a fantastic job of explaining to dos and don’t. He was also very friendly and made for a fun person to have at the house! He even gave us pointers on how to keep the shower clean! Highly recommend him for any install!

Jacob and Jeff were here to provide a quote for replacement windows for our 33 year old home. They were very personable and very thorough. The price was a bit surprising, but we're interested in getting quality windows and good service and Jacob and Jeff convinced us that is what we'll get. Looking forward to the rest of the process.

BUYER BEWARE! River Valley Remodlers in Rochester, MN is a terrible company to work with! I had an ADA bathroom remodel done and I was left with a sloppy finish, missed appointments to correct issues and they forged my certificate of completion! My new shower flooded my bathroom when used. They attempted several failed "quick fixes" before finally tearing it out and redoing it correctly. The flooring had to ripped out and redone. There were 1-2 inch gaps around the door jams AND they installed new doors and jams! The drywall work was worse than I could have done on my own. It took them 3 attempts and 2 different installers just to correct that. The caulk on the wainscoting is messy, and the paintinh is even shoddy work. We got new windows about year and half ago. This winter we noticed cold air coming in along side where it moves up and down. Have called and left numerous messages over last couple months. No one calls us back. Poor customer service. They don't even comment on post.

What an experience like no other, thanks river valley remodelers for updating our space. The communication throughout the project and getting the install done in a day!
