Daniel and Eben were patient and worked with us to guide us through the complicated stay and remodel versus move to a new build home decision. They shared their extensive local experience and advice about home improvement, renovation and remodeling in the Carmel and Monterey area. We needed custom woodwork as part of our kitchen remodeling and their team offered valuable answers to questions we’d not been able to get answers to. Their construction office is conveniently located in Carmel near Safeway and Lucky. Parking was convenient and we were able to easily find their second floor office. I couldn't be happier with the renovation work done by Rivera and Sons. They recently completed a beautiful remodel that included a custom redwood deck and integrated redwood accents throughout the interior including remodeling the kitchen. ​The quality of the wood and the precision of their craftsmanship perfectly capture the Carmel and Monterey aesthetic. Jose and Daniel were incredible to work with. This was my and my husband's first remodel and quite a big one at that. Daniel was always so responsive in answering my questions, emails and looking up information when I didn't know what to order or pick out. They had great contacts with plumbers, electrical and paint which made those decisions seamless. After the job was completed they were still easy to be in contact with if any issues arose. We will use them for any future projects.
