The quality of work and service provided was extremely unsatisfactory. After commencing the work, they demanded additional payments beyond the initially agreed amount. Despite having already made the full payment upfront, I was subjected to harassment for more money. They even threatened to abandon the project midway if the additional payment was not made. Furthermore, they caused significant delays in completing the work, and when it was eventually finished, the quality was poor. Numerous agreed-upon aspects were left incomplete, which was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Mr. Rivera, completed more than one task on my new home I renovated. He knows how to do more than painting. He completed my backsplash for my kitchen, created my walk-in closet and completed my wood floor for my whole house. He is responsive and does a SUPER good job! Recommending him to anyone who needs a TRUE HANDYMAN!
