BUYER BEWARE! I had to file a consumer complaint against Riverbend Sandler Pools regarding the construction of a residential swimming pool. Despite repeated good-faith efforts to resolve issues directly with the company, numerous significant defects and management failure issues remain unresolved. My pool was "finished" in December 2025! Riverbend Sandler Pools failed to deliver work consistent with the written contract and professional standards. Materials and construction were not installed as specified, including incorrect grout color, (contract specifies white, they installed beige), an off-center spillway, improper grading, insufficient retaining wall height, and the pool being constructed lower than the surrounding yard—despite this being a primary design concern discussed during t

Matt Toney designed our pool and somehow in 5 questions with a set of survey tools, captured exactly what we were looking for. After multiple proposals from other builders lasting hours, it was refreshing to work with Matt. Francisco was our project manager and his crews are timely and clean. We were impressed with their efficiency, follow through and how polite and considerate they were. Francisco communicates clearly with a lot of positivity and detail. They actually beat their timeline as well so I cant say enough good about the whole experience throughout the entire build process.

We had an amazing experience with Riverbend Sandler Pools building our pool in Mustang Lakes in Celina. Jason, our designer, did an incredible job bringing our vision to life and creating a design that fits our smaller backyard perfectly. Francisco, our project manager, kept everything running smoothly and communicated with us every step of the way. We couldn’t be more pleased with the overall design and the quality of work. Even after the pool has been completed, their service and support have continued to be outstanding. Highly recommend Riverbend Sandler to anyone looking to build a pool!

Riverbend built our pool last fall. They stayed on the timeline promised and charged us what we expected. The final product is very nice. We are pleased. We liked working with our sales person, Jason O'Neal, and project manager, Juan Acosta. The only negative: I am currently having some billing issues with the service team. If they aren't resolved soon, I will be changing this review.

My wife and I are very happy with how our pool turned out! Victor did a fantastic job with the design, and Bert was a fantastic project manager. The construction process wasn’t too bad, and we always had open lines of communication with the Team. We did have one issue with the excavation cost coming in higher than expected, but this was resolved after discussion with Riverbend. Tom also did a great job with pool school. We love our pool and can’t wait to use it for years to come!
