At first I was going to give this garage/lot 5 stars due to my initial experience, great customer service and they don’t seem money hungry or greedy. Until I noticed a couple of times out of the many times I parked my car there I was over charged by the same young man who is the only one that over charges me. I have parked my car there many many many times and have encountered different workers who always stuck with the same prices on the garage board with the prices listed for the amount it’s supposed to be charged. However I left my car there and when I picked it up today on 2/27, my car only had been there a little over 12 hours and the young man who worked there this morning on 2/27 charged me $35 dollars. Amazing! When I arrived at the garage, I was unaware they would take my keys, but I prefer it that way. The guys running it are the only ones driving your car in and out of the garage. That way no one even has access to your car while it is parked. There are cameras everywhere which is comforting. I ended up only paying $10 to park from 12 noon until about 8 pm. When I went down to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the parking garage next to it charges $36 for two hours! They were very professional and courteous. They inspected my car all around before parking and I did a walk around when I picked it up. Did not have any issues at all. Will certainly use this every time I go to the city. Beware of these thieves! My husband left a motorcycle here to pay month to month, “manager” said he had no records of payments since January and we had receipts of payments. Lied about contacting us, he didn’t have a number nor an address for us and began an illegal lien process, without reaching out to us prior! All he wanted was the 300 dollars for the illegal “lien process”, we gave it to him without any issues but these are not good people! Stay away!

Overpriced! Prices are now $40 a day. I talked to locals who said that is way to expensive for the Bronx. I even saw parking in downtown near Times Square for less/same. Also the guy got smart with us while we tried to ask him a question. Would not recommend.

Watch out the guys who runs it is a Theif kept my $1000 deposit make sure your car doesn’t have scratches he is in denial when your car gets scuffed.Usually floods doesn’t pay out says no his responsibility.
