We are thrilled with our new pool! The entire process, managed by Adam and his team, was a fantastic experience. Even with the inevitable construction complexities and weather delays, the communication and professionalism from the whole crew—including Eder, Chris, John, David, and others—were consistent and greatly appreciated. Adam and the team did such an excellent job integrating the design that the new pool looks like it should have always been there, flowing perfectly with our existing porch and the rest of the house. The "Cool Deck" application looks great, and the cover is just fun to open and close. We highly recommend Rivers Pools!

If I could give Rivers more than five stars I would! From our very first meeting with Adam to discuss the possibility of putting in a pool, to the completion of our pool, we found everyone to be so very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Drew and Eder worked diligently to be sure every step of the process was done correctly, and Adam, Shane and David were just as skilled in getting the pump, filter, heater, etc., set up and working. Gail did a wonderful job cleaning the pool upon completion. Mike and Lidia at the store have been very helpful in educating us on pool maintenance. We highly recommend Rivers Pools to anyone who is considering a pool for their home!

Mike and the crew know their stuff. Nice ambience and a great place to pick up some EZPool (chlorine pools) or Pepper (salt pools) among all the other available products. Check out the outdoor items like wind chimes, grills, umbrellas, etc. they have a very nice showroom.

To say that Rivers Pools went above and beyond would be an understatement. If you live in Carrollton or close by and are thinking about putting in a pool, think no further. Rivers Pools in my opinion is the only option. Carlton and his team are very friendly and knowledgable and helped us through every step of the process. We could not be happier with the final product and we will enjoy our pool for years to come! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!
