I recently had an older mini split system in one of my rooms that needed to be replaced due to its age. I called around to several companies, and while some were able to install a new mini split, they did not specialize in troubleshooting or servicing the unit if any issues came up later. I then contacted Riverside Cooling LLC, and they truly stood out. They came out the very next day to provide a quote and they explained what the entire process would look like. After deciding to move forward, just two days later they sent two technicians out at 8:00 AM. We used Riverside Cooling to replace our HVAC system after dealing with uneven temperatures in the house for a long time. Abraham came out, explained what was going on, and helped us decide what made sense. The installation went smoothly, and the system has been working well so far. Our house is much more comfortable now, and we’re glad we chose them.

The tech was polite and well mannered. He came for a maintenance and to make sure everything was running properly. I shared with him my concerns. He explained what he waa going to do and the process. He did a great job, explained to me that everything was okay, and he made sure I felt good about his I section and answered all questions. Bought the annual service plan and quickly scheduled the first service, one of two. Tech, actually two, arrived on time and checked out everything. Expressed concern about possiblity of UV light past life, but otherwise, all good. Would recommend.

Replaced 15-year-old AC system in our top floor condo--unit on the roof, indoor unit in (very small) closet). After it was installed, they sent a quality control technician to review all that had been done and make some final adjustments. Work great. They were recommended by our Condo president and it was a great suggestion. Would definitely use them again!!
