The crew just finished my garage roof and they did an awesome job. They were very friendly and worked well together. When they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and taken away. Let me also add they were here before daylight and ready to get started. My salesman Bailey was so friendly and very professional and willing to help get my roof replaced. He went above and beyond to work all the details out with the Insurance adjuster. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank You Bailey for all your help! I had a great experience. Initially, the insurance company moved drastically slow. Kyle was a great customer advocate and worked to get them to show with the adjuster. Ultimately, the claim was approved. Within the week the roof supplies arrived. The installers showed up first thing in the morning, as they promised. The work was done same day. The next day Kyle came to inspect their work. I was very happy overall with the entire process.

I was skeptical about working with another local company because I had recently almost got scammed. So I scheduled an appointment to get a roof inspection and Shawn did the inspection. After the inspection I was told and given a direct number to Samantha in their claims department. They sent inspection quote in to insurance company. Since then they have been very unprofessional without returning calls, her direct number goes to voicemail all day. I got a denial to do a joint inspection with my insurance company and try to explain it to a representative because I got an email. Branon roofing never contacted me to tell me about this denial. When I call they forward me to Samantha who never responds. So I continuously leave messages and no response. Poor communication.

I am incredibly satisfied with my complete roof replacement. The project was complicated, including a separate flat roof section and the replacement of existing skylights, but the entire process was managed seamlessly by Bailey. Bailey’s communication was exceptional—clear, organized, and proactive. They clearly understand the technical challenges of both skylights and flat roofing, and the crew's workmanship was top-notch. They finished on time and left the property spotless. Bailey’s positive attitude and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend this company and Bailey specifically!
