I have had the pleasure of doing business with Rodney on a couple of different levels. I have used his services at my family’s personal home and I have used him as a preferred vendor for my real estate business. Each tune three things stand out to me. First, he is going to show up on time for the appointment. Second, when he shows up he is very knowledgeable about his craft. Lastly, Rodney price is always fair and reasonable. I have used him time and time again and have yet to be disappointed. I value timely service, a job well done and work that does not disfigure my wallet. RJ Appliance is my choice!!! Rodney was my service tech and has fixed several appliances in my home such as my stove and dryer. He has also installed my dishwasher as well. I have no complaints since Rodney fixed these items!!! He has an expert level of expertise on everyday household appliances and I will recommend him to anyone. Also, the phone customer service when calling the business was great and responsive and was able to accommodate my needs to get an appointment schedule right away.

Rodney was very professional and made sure to wear appropriate PPE (COVID still a thing during this review). My dishwasher kept draining and I was not able to figure out what was causing it, so I called RJ after reading some of the reviews online. Rodney came out and was able to assess the problem and fix it in about 30 minutes. He was very helpful in explaining what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. Very reasonably priced and they warranty their work. Should I have another appliance issue again, I would definitely use these guys again.
