I bought a 5000 PSI Karcher electric pressure washer from this company and ended up in having the pump go bad 3 times on me. I reached out to Tom Kirschbaum but that guy is interested in only selling. He would not respond to my emails on issues with product that he sold to me. I spent a total of 2800 dollars across two pumps and there has been no response from this guy and company. The issue was with the pump where the plunger was not secured and resulted in metal shavings inside the pump. The case broke and leaked oil. Please attached pics. I bought two more pressure washers from these guys without realizing this. Stay away from this place.

I have an old Karcher electric power washer, probably 10 years old. This is the second time I have had the order parts. A small relay had the contacts stuck closed and the unit would not shut off. Thank you for having the correct part that I needed and saving me again. It's now working like new. Great prices and fast shipping.

RJ Bowers has been taking care of my Karcher PW for years. They've been extremely accommodating when I needed a quick repair and have kept me up and running. They are a well equipped shop that handle big and small repairs.

I ordered & received a water inlet filter for my Karcher pressure washer, from RJ Bowers. I talked with Sue and she assured me that the filter I ordered was the correct one. It's not the same. My filter is a bit longer and smaller in diameter. I sent a photo of the filters to RJ Bowers to show the difference. I have called & sent e-mails to RJ Bowers with no responses. Not a single word back. All I want is the correct filter. Pretty lousy customer service. One red star is too many.

I generally never leave feedback good or bad... Short story, bought a used junk 20year old karcher 1055 and told them to rebuild it so it was functional. What I picked up was absolutely incredible. It was rebuilt top to bottom with new dash gauges, hood, pump and burner all to perfection. It is a breath of fresh air to work and communicate with this level of professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
