I have considered getting the ductless splits for some time mainly for cooling when the humidity get bad as I do not have any way to cool. I found R. J. Groner on the PPL website as a potential installer. After I called them they setup any appointment with me instantly. I decided to move forward and the installation was scheduled. Installation was done in early September 2025. The installers were Nick and Damon and the work was excellent. We done, clean, efficient, polite, informative, just extremely professional all around. I purchased the Samsung units which come with remotes, but also with an app for control. I am not an app person and was skeptical that it would be useful. The staff here are great from the customer service to the technicians that come out. I had called last week Sunday, as my furnace made a weird knocking sound and was worried something might of happened. The rep who answered was very nice ask me a few questions and got me on the list to get a service person out quickly. It only took about an hour before the service tech called me to say they were on their way to come check it out. I explained the issue I had over phone and once he arrived. However, my furnace decided not to recreate the same noise, but my service guy still went and double checked everything to make sure I was good. I reached out to request a quote for a ductless mini split installation. I received excellent service from Jeff the salesman. Not only did he show up on time he was also very thorough answering all questions regarding a 4 zone system. When finalizing everything with Jeff he was easy to reach making this a simple process. I also received a top notch installation handled by Nick and Dayman. They were very organized and efficient completing the job. I highly recommend RJ Groner as everyone communicated every step of the process perfectly.

We used RJ Groner to install a brand new furnace. They also installed central air, 2 mini splits and a whole house water filter. I can’t recommend them enough. Jeff Lorah was extremely communicative, explaining every part of the project as much as we needed him to. He answered any/all questions we had and didn’t abandon us once the project started. Had my HVAC system replaced by r.j. 5 years ago and the installation was flawlessly and professionally done. Recently had a issue with my heat pump and they diagnosed and repaired it with the part under warranty. Their tech Kyle was knowledgeable and very professional. Good communication as well with this excellent company.
