The plumber arrived on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and completed everything with great attention to detail. Michael, Mike and Tony were each thorough and professional. The installations were done cleanly and correctly, and the work area was left spotless. The hot water heater is working perfectly, and the shower installation looks and functions exactly as expected. I had an incredibly satisfying experience with RJ Tilley this past weekend. My tankless hot water heater stopped working. I called RJ Tilley at 4:55pm Saturday evening, and the answering service immediately answered and stated that the on call representative would contact me. Within 5 minutes, I had a phone call from Michael, a very knowledgeable plumber. He walked me through some troubleshooting steps, including the taking of photos of my heater and texting them to him. With this guidance, I was able to resolve the issue on my own without any charges! Michael was amazing. At one point in our conversation, he simply stated, "I am a human first; then a plumber!"

Although the service is somewhat pricey, the workmanship and service has been exceptional. I am having four bathrooms renovated. Attention to detail and communication are absolute requirements. All of the workers have been professional, friendly, upbeat & eager to please. The work has been precise and well executed. It has been a pleasure working with them. My only complaint would be the desire for greater transparency regarding how pricing is handled and more thorough explanations of how their process works given up front.
