RJ’s Heating Cooling and Water Heaters is simply The Best. First time customer here. I called the office this morning and Ronnie was at my house this afternoon to service my boiler. He was on time. He answered all my questions. He took care of business, was honest and fair in his pricing. He didn’t try to sell me a whole new system that I didn’t need. I really appreciate his honesty. Ronnie has been up-keeping my two furnaces and AC units for a few years now. He always works around my schedule and is thorough, honest and fair. My furnace stopped working on a really cold morning, and RJ’s came out the same day to help. It turned out the issue was small, so instead of charging me the full service fee, they only charged for a cleaning—about two-thirds of the price—and still did a thorough inspection and full cleaning while they were here. What really impressed me was that they didn’t try to upsell anything or push new equipment. They were honest about what I needed (and what I didn’t), and even gave me a very fair quote for future projects I’m considering. Fast, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I couldn’t ask for better service—highly recommend!

The guys were communicative, prompt and completed work on schedule. They assessed the problem and made appropriate recommendations that did not break the ban. Will use them again in the future.
