RJV was contracted out by the city of Boston to repair water lines in East Boston on 12/15. A public notice was made that water would be shut off from 9:30am to 2:00pm. We did not have water until 6:45pm. We understand problems arise but the lack of communication from RJV is unacceptable. Do better. BWSC Contract: 19-309-002
The city of Boston need to stop hiring them! Every time the fix a water problem they make 3!
Contracted by the city of Boston for water repairs. Published outage from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, no communication from contractors at 6:45 PM and still no water. Problems arise and that’s ok, but it’s not ok to not communicate the problems and extensions of outages. All it takes is a little communication and we could have prepared for a longer duration.
My siding was horrible and I feel the project was rushed. They used only sledgehammers for the project
