Called R.K. after my AC stopped blowing cold air. Despite obviously being quite busy during near-record heat wave temps, he was able to come by in just a few hours and evaluate my problem. I expected that I would need a new HVAC system and he let me know that was the case. He was able to give me a reasonably priced quote and let me know he could be back the next morning to get started. Very thankful for the quick turnaround! They arrived the next morning and let me know they would be done in about 6 hours. After completing the work, they had me test the system to ensure everything was cycling correctly.
