Robert is fair, honest, meticulous and someone you can trust. He does great work. Replaced 2 windows in my home with double pane vinyl insulated windows. Beautifully framed in. Nice guy. Work was sub par. Needed work to be redone. Reached out to Robert to get project fixed. Will not answer calls, emails or text. Got insurance to contract job. Got permit from county to do job, and immediately dropped his insurance. Scope of work was to replace 4 skylights. The skylights were replaced. Looked good till it rained. They all leaked water into house. Ruined ceiling, wall, and floor. Reason they leaked was Robert and his crew evidently did not know how to properly install a skylight. There was no flashing on any of them. I guess that's why he blocked me from communicating with him. Would never recommend him for any work. RKM has been put on black list at Oceanside village. Cannot obtain a permit to do work there.

I was very happy with the services provided. Wesley came in a timely manner to repair 2 items. He actually repaired 3 things and hung a large mirror in a bathroom. He is thoughtful about his work and does not rush. He came prepared with the tools necessary to do the job. I look forward to using his services in the future.
