This man is an expert parking machine. Lol for real though, he knew exactly what he was doing, he did it with confidence, And I was not than able to trust him with our belongings in my vehicle. [They keep your keys, but to be that is a favor because I know I would be the one to lose them on Broadway!] My two sons were with me and the gentleman told them if they want to have a successful business in life, they need to "listen to mommy, get an education and more if you want, and be responsible with money." That was cool. My son's, 7 and 11 we're marveled at how good this man was with his business and that is why that comment was made 😁 Very satisfied with the service here and will definitely come here again when we come back to the Manhattan,Brooklyn area.

My car was scratched!! I regretted parking here. Worst experience!

NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!! I have to mark a star just to get this to post! This place was HORRIBLE!!!!! For starters, it's a SATURDAY AFTERNOON and they have ONE WORKER. Then they have the EXIT LANE closed for construction, so aaallll the cars waiting to pull in had to reverse out back into traffic to let the other cars below come out. THEN the ONE guy who worked there wanted to use my friends BRAND NEW CAR to block the entrance way so no one else could go in and he could park the cars that had just come in. Which also meant he would have had to back my friends car back & forth out into the street so other cars can come out!! UM NO!! You should invest in some LARGE ORANGE CONSTRUCTION CONES to block the entrance. Not use someone's car. USE YOUR OWN CAR. Just sitting there someone almost hit us com

I park in many garages in New York City and by far this was the worst! It took us 52 minutes to exit the garage. When we arrived our car was parked way in the back and the attendant had a jockey several cars to get ours out. Meanwhile he allowed six more cars to come down the ramp which locked everybody in. When we were finally able to leave and go up the ramp, he had two cars blocking our exit and we were trapped for another 20 minutes. It was beyond frustrating!This is the closest garage to the slime museum, avoided at all cost!

This is the single worst parking experience of my life. Owner parked a car across the entrance to prevent new entrants. Would NOT move the car to let us out. Had to threaten to call the police. Never ever again.
