We had a leak from the pipes behind the shower, and Richard came out and fix them perfectly with minimal mess and destruction. This was our third time using Richard and each time it has been a perfect experience. If you need a plumber, I promise if you call Richard, he will not be dissatisfied.

Richard is the best plumber. He saved me a ton of money on a job. He was on time for his appointment and left the work area clean. I'm very happy. Update: Richard is still as good as he was 5 years ago when I left this review. Since our initial meeting, Richard has down several jobs for us including two showers. We've also started using Richard exclusively for our commercial work in Springfield. He is the only plumber we've found who takes the time to do it right. We will continue to hire Richard.

Richard is so kind, and he takes time to explain exactly what's going on, creates a game plan, and saves you money. He recently went out of his way to draw up a diagram to map-out the complex issue we were experiencing in our home. He is trustworthy, and I am confident in his knowledge in this field. If you need plumbing work, CALL RLP! Richard was the absolute best, incredibly knowledgably and saved us a ton of money. I had originally called one of the first plumbers on google to get a quote on some drainage issues I had, and was told I'd need to re-do the entire plumbing of my downstairs. I was horrified but decided if it was what I had to do, it was what I had to do. RLP was recommended to me by family that said I should have him come look and give a second opinion. When he came out, not only did he re-assure me that didn't need to be done but he showed me what great condition my pipes were in, he showed me the issue and told me what to look out for so no other company could take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Richard was the best plumber I've ever worked with. My hot water wasn't working, he came the same day I called him and helped me diagnose the problem. This particular water heater had parts that were no longer sold by the manufacturer, so Richard called his own suppliers and found aftermarket parts for me to help fix my water heater instead of replacing the entire unit. He was very communicative during the entire process, and was reasonably priced relative to the amount of work and effort he went to make sure my problem was solved. Will definitely be using him in the future and would recommend him for anyone who needs any of their plumbing taken care of.
