Awful. My rental company sent them out to repair lifting vinyl flooring. The first person they sent out for the estimate was very professional. The person they sent to fix not so much. He did not speak English and had no identification. Which is honestly a huge safety concern if you don’t know if they are with a company or not. Just knocked on my door and stared at me. He didn’t know where the area was at all that he was fixing. Not to mention he was coughing and was probably sick. He left and sat outside for a while and I had no idea what he was doing since there was a language barrier. He showed me the awful work at that point I just said I don’t care do what they told you to do. He could have at least wiped up the flooring after. Would never hire these people and will be telling my rent

Don’t hire these people there a joke awful work shouldn’t even touch flooring, Left gaps didn’t even bother to boarder the fireplace awful caulking everywhere didn’t bother to line up the borders what a joke half competent work, best there good at is creating problems.
