It’s very disappointing to write this review; however, we had a TERRIBLE experience with RNBD. After a flood damaged our basement we searched online for a home contracting company and, based on the reviews, chose RNBD. Initially, communication was great and we accepted the quote that Ryan provided. It then took months for them to begin the work and, once the work finally began, we were never given an end date for completion. We also asked for proof several times that the employees were bonded and secured and were assured verbally that they were, but were never provided proof - that was the beginning of a HUGE red flag. I, like Gail Michalski had a terrible experience with RNBD Home Services. I had a very similar story and experience. They did a bathroom remodel for me in 2024 and the workmanship was terrible. I also contacted a lawyer and I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I really don’t understand all the positive reviews.

The RNBD crew are the best. Communicative, professional, knowledgeable. We did a bathroom remodel with them to get our shower off the slope of the roof and we are constantly getting compliments on the job they did. They've been extremely helpful in getting work repaired from the botched jobs of others. My wife and I give them our highest recommendation.

It was a pleasure working with RNBD for my master bathroom remodel. From concept, to design, and install we felt well supported. Brandy and Ryan were great to work with and answered all our questions! We even added work on another bathroom for them to help with. Both turned out beautifully! The only improvement I'd recommend is providing a.timeline of completion of key events during the process.

RNBD Home Services & Design replaced the original iron drain and water lines in a second-floor bathroom in our 76-year-old Cape Code house in Ellet, Ohio. They used PVC for the new drain and PEX plumbing pipe for the water lines. For the two-person crew, it was a significant Job (i.e., a lot of hard work on this old house). It took them approximately three days to complete. Initially, Ryan provided the job cost estimate.
