Worst customer service. I called to have my car opened and he rudely said no, because he was having dinner and that he always gets called when he is having dinner. I don't know why he says he is 24-7 service if he isn't going to help. I understand there is lunch hours but it wasn't my fault that other people call him during his breaks. He could have been polite about it and said it could take certain amount of time. Would not recommend in need of help.

Locked my keys in my car and Tommy (their staff member) came quickly to unlock it. Very friendly!! Also, the process he used didn't harm my car at all in the and he got it done in less than three minutes. Thank you!!

The worst customer service. I called to see if they could unlock my car for me, and the man on the phone and the technician that came to my site were both very unprofessional. After the service was complete, the technician wasn’t even able to take a credit card, and he didn’t have change to take a cash payment. I understand that he probably didn’t carry cash for safety purposes, but I was never told that they couldn’t take a card and that should have been specified before the technician was sent out. When I am stuck someplace in the dark, by myself, and I have to ask a stranger for a service that I have to pay for, all I expect is that they are professional, and have the common decency to be nice. It’s not that hard, and it’s a legitimate way to run a business. I am very disappointed with
