This morning I met Jacki at Road Runner and it was absolutely in the Stars. My washer needed a new pump and I didn't know which way to turn. She was extremely kind and helpful and to make things better she brought along Jason who was a superhero and put the Runner and Road Runner! It was a very speedy service filled with kindness and understanding for my situation. I absolutely spent money that I did not expect but Jacki explained every step of the way why it was worth it and earned my trust.
