Roadrunner Lock & Safe

The best service ever! I needed a new lock set keyed like my other door. Steve showed me my options and prices. 20 minutes later I was all set. No fuss. Thank you!!

The company I work for has done business with Roadrunner over several decades and the most recent experience was not good, but they fixed the problem for us. I was there on a Tuesday late afternoon and needed 15 locks ordered. I was told they would be in Friday. Monday morning I called in and was told the padlocks were in. I went in that afternoon and they didn't have them. The locks were never ordered. They said they'd get the locks ordered right away, and they did. Mary, the office manager, apologized and arranged to deliver the locks for the inconvenience. I appreciate that they addressed the problem and corrected it.

Brought in security screen door locks, roadrunner had locks in hand when they ordered the replacements that I needed, the wrong size arrived, now I'm being required to pay a $250 restocking fee for the return of the wrong part, which they ordered with part in hand. Review revised: Roadrunner promptly contacted my husband to make amends after posting this Review. He was able to make the wrong size locks work with an extra part. Thanks, Roadrunner.
